I just wanted to let you know the crew you sent today to shampoo the carpets was great. The gentleman in charge was very polite and professional. They finished the carpet pretty quickly and offer to continue working on the other floors. Seeing how efficiently they work, I will like to request for them to do both 2^nd and 3^rd floor tomorrow morning.
